Employee Diversity

As of December 15, 2022, of our 31 employees, all of whom are full-time, 19 are female and 8 are ethnically diverse. Women represent 80 percent of our executive and senior management positions.

Long Employee Tenure

We believe our initiatives to make Stratus an exceptional place to work have resulted in long employee tenure. The average tenure of our 31 employees is 9.7 years as of December 15, 2022.

At the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, Stratus implemented additional safety protocols to protect our employees and others, including protocols regarding social distancing, health checks and working remotely. Our employees adapted quickly to the changes and managed our business successfully during this challenging time.
